While my background as a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and nurse provides a solid foundation of evidence-based health principles, my primary approach integrates positive psychology, neuroscience and consciousness-based philosophy to address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

Beyond my clinical work, my heart belongs to the Blues. My time as a booking agent and band manager gave me a front row seat to observe the resilience and soul required to nurture a creative spark and turn it into a reality.

  • Mental Health First Aid: Certified to recognize and respond to mental health or substance use challenges.

  • Mindfulness Practices: Experience guiding various techniques—such as breath work, body scans, and meditation—to help clients reduce stress and improve mental clarity.
